REGISTERED NURSE (AGED CARE)

Koonambil Aged Care Ltd is looking for a full time Registered Nurse (Aged Care) who is passionate about making a difference and committed to improving the lives of the elderly community to join our growing team.

DUTIES

The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

Assessing patients, developing care plans, delivering nursing interventions and review patient outcomes in line with established nursing standards and practices.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and team members to coordinate patient care.

Administrating treatments, therapies, medications and supervision of team members to coordinate patient care.

Supporting health promotion and illness prevention by engaging in health education initiatives and related activities.

Responding to patient and family enquiries and supplying information regarding care and treatment.

Overseeing and directing the activities of Enrolled Nurses and other health care workers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum two years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse

A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification that is recognized in Australia.

Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

This is a fulltime position. Average 38 hours per week

Salary is range of $115,000 - $125,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
