This role is designed for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care. Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, Care Manager and Facility Manager, you will ensure that residents receive exceptional clinical and nursing care, with a focus on their dignity, independence, and well-being.

About you:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experienced with Aged Care Accreditation processes
• Experience in caring for residents with Dementia and Palliative Care needs
