In this senior-level role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end loan process, supporting a high-performing team of brokers while contributing to process improvement and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll bring your expertise to a role that recognises your experience and trusts your ability to manage complex and high-volume applications with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assisting brokers in managing the full loan application lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to settlement

· Submitting high-quality loan applications on behalf of brokers

· Acting as a key liaison between brokers, clients, lenders, and third parties

· Proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimise delays

· Maintaining and improving internal systems, including CRM and loan tracking tools

You’ll bring:

· 2+ years experience in loan administration, lending support, or mortgage broking
