$37.67 to $41.65 per hour plus salary packaging | Support Services Manager - Dimboola Campus

Full Time 6-month limited tenure until December 2025!

About the Role
This is a hands on leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of operational support services at the Dimboola campus. You will be responsible for overseeing food and environmental services, managing a small team, coordinating rosters and HR tasks through Optima, and maintaining supply levels and procurement processes. The role includes working closely with leaders at the Horsham campus to ensure a consistent and compliant service model. This is a great opportunity to build your management capabilities in a supportive environment while contributing to essential non-clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Food & Environmental Services staff
• Manage rosters, timesheets, HR and recruitment tasks
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, OH&S and accreditation
• Oversee stock, maintenance, and procurement operations
• Assist with fire safety and emergency procedures
• Support the Campus Manager in non-clinical operations

Skills & Experience

• Experience in support services or team leadership roles
• Strong admin, time management and IT systems skills
• Clear communication and excellent attention to detail
• Customer service focus with solid interpersonal skills
• Current driver's licence (essential)
