We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to join our dynamic team in Edensor Park. As an ideal candidate, you are an Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma qualified with a experience in managing a childcare centre.

Your exceptional management and leadership skills will be pivotal in ensuring the continued success and growth of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Providing strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Collaborating with families to build strong partnerships and support children's holistic development.

Managing budgets, occupancy, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance.

Supporting the recruitment, inducting, and training of staff members.

Managing weekly rosters.

Enforcing of all policy and procedures ensuring the centre is complaint with state legislation and NQS.

Requirements and Attributes:

Minimum of one year experience as a childcare centre manager

Strong understanding and implementation of EYLF, NQS and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with OWNA is an advantage.

Education and Certificates:

Completed Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.

Current Paid Working with Children Check and Police Check

Current First Aid, CPS, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
