We are looking for some Centre Directors, to take over our newly built and acquired sites that are coming up in the next few weeks and months.

Role: Centre Director

Location: Canterbury Bankstown Region

Centre: A number of centres ranging from 39 spots - 80 spots

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: $100k- $120k + Bonus

Are you an experienced early learning professional who's ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and building a successful business?

As part of the Centre Leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll form strong relationships with children, families and communities, and understand the significance of your role in their lives

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Educational Program Development:

Develop and implement an innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.

Parent and Community Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.

Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.

Staff Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.

Financial Management:

Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Work towards achieving financial goals and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Minimum one year experience in a Centre Director/Management role within a childcare setting.

Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.

Experience with Owna, XAP and or Quick Kidz.
