About the role

This is a casual Sales Support (appointment setting) role with ANZCO Foods in Murarrie office Brisbane . As part of the Customer Service - Call Centre team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to set up sales appointments. This is an important role that supports the company's broader sales and growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Making outbound calls to potential customers to book sales appointments

Identifying customer needs and providing information about ANZCO Foods' products

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details

Providing excellent customer service to build strong relationships with new and existing customers

Supporting the overall sales and marketing efforts of the business

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service, sales support or call centre role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple customer interactions

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot)

Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
