What will you be doing?

Starting as our newest Client Account Manager in a typical day you will:

Set up marketing automation for new clients in our CRM “ZipLeads” (training provided and previous experience is not required)

Show new clients how to use their account in ZipLeads

Contribute to team meetings regarding our own marketing and client retention strategies

Support clients via email, chat support, and Zoom meetings

Create and adjust pages in our ZipLeads Page Building tools (no coding skills required)

Create Facebook Ads for our fitness business and real estate clients (training provided)

Progress to coaching our clients in basic digital marketing strategies (e.g. Facebook Ads)

Note: We will train you in these skills including comprehensive training in ZipLeads and Facebook Ads. Prior experience is not required.

Ultimately it's a range of tasks related to marketing automations and customer service.

This is a full time position at our Cardiff office with our hybrid 'work from home' schedule where we work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
