Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team?

You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria:

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
  5. High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the service.
  7. Demonstrated experience in usage of electronic staff rostering system, managing/using online recruitment system; personnel information system and/or online building maintenance and office equipment/product supply.
  8. Current unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence
