We are passionate about strategy, technology, servicing, results driven and growing strong client partnerships. And now in our 20th year of operations we’re looking for a savvy and motivated (part-time) Media Account Manager to join our collaborative team.
Role Overview
The Advertising / Media Account Manager is the key link between clients and our internal teams. You will oversee the development, implementation, and performance tracking of cross-channel advertising campaigns – from traditional to digital platforms. You’ll need to think strategically, manage deadlines and budgets, media plans, proposals and schedules and reporting and ensure media plans align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of current and new clients.
Develop and manage integrated media plans across channels (TV, radio, outdoor, programmatic, digital, social, search, print, etc.)
Liaise with internal teams (creative, digital, production) and external media vendors
Coordinate campaign launches, optimisations, and post-campaign reporting
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
Track performance metrics and generate insights for ongoing media optimisation
Prepare and present campaign proposals and media schedules to clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform media recommendations
Manage client expectations and build trusted, long-term relationship
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in media planning/buying or account management (agency or media side)
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships
Proactive in growing clients relationship with the agency, revenues and results.
Ability to outbound new business and grow existing clients into new channels / platforms (online and offline).
Strong understanding of media landscapes (both traditional and digital)
Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager )
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A solutions-focused mindset with a high attention to detail
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred
Skills required
3+ years’ experience in media account management or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Knowledge of digital ad platforms, including:
Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads / PPC
Google Analytics and GA4
Understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimisation
Proficient in building media plans, reports, and post-campaign analysis
Excellent skill levels in developing media plans and schedules using programs such as MS Excel, PPT and Canva.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience managing multiple clients or brands simultaneously
Confidence in briefing creative for digital ad formats and advising on content effectiveness
This is a part time role. 3 days per week or equivalent hours over the working week.
