The Company

Our client is an established, Australia-wide organisation with a big reputation for delivering some landscaping packages on some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 50+ construction staff in South East Queensland, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1 contractors, with typical projects ranging from $500k - $10m, including large road, rail, and bridge builds.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit trusted Leading Hands and crew of 5-10 qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Subcontractor management
• WHS implementation
• Organising deliveries
• Quality control
• Delegate duties to crew
• Liaise with clients
• Collaborate with a Project Manager
• Cost tracking and forecasting

The Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Foreman / Supervisor / Site Manager
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
• Drivers license
