About the role

Fremantle Floors' is seeking a skilled and experienced Timber Flooring Installer to join our dedicated team in O'Connor, WA 6163. As a full-time Timber Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality timber and Engineered flooring for our high end residential and clients.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measuring and planning flooring layouts

Preparing subfloors to industry standards

Carefully installing timber, and engineered flooring products

Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer service

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Timber Flooring Installer, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry

Strong knowledge of different flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry regulations

Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Reliable transportation and a valid Western Australian driver's licence
