Corin Forest, a unique alpine destination just 45 minutes from Canberra, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team.

As a year-round tourist hotspot featuring snow play in winter and mountain activities in the warmer months Corin Forest is the perfect place for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role is seasonal but there may be an opportunity for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and food services. You'll ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all F&B operations, including stock control, service standards, and menu planning

Train, supervise, and support seasonal staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Work closely with the Head Chef and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Manage rosters, orders, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations

Use POS and scheduling systems (basic computer knowledge required)

About You

Proven experience in food & beverage management (2+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and staff training abilities

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficient with basic computer systems (e.g., ordering, rostering, POS)

Flexible, hands-on, and solution-focused

Hospitality qualifications are a plus
