FIRM

This represents a rare opportunity to join a medium sized accounting firm based in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This firm is well known in the industry and are going from strength to strength.

POSITION

Due to strong growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage the day to day operations of the firm
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
• Oversee the overall administration of the firm and manage multiple divisions including administration, IT, HR and finance
• Provide regular reports to the board of directors
• Undertake special project work for the firm and clients
• Uphold the firm's culture
• Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage staff in a efficient manner
• Ability to manage multiple divisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Please note that experience within an accounting firm or a professional services firm (eg legal) is non negotiable.
