About the role

Golden Star Care Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in East Melbourne, VIC 3002. This is a casual role, providing essential care and support to our disabled clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing companionship and social interaction to promote the overall well-being of our clients

Collaborating with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

Following individualised care plans and documenting client progress

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our clients

NDIS worker Screening check

100 Points ID and Australian working rights certificate

Working With Children Check

Police check

A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
