About The Job Role

• Seeking an Estimator who is able to produce project estimates for tenders.
• Variations, Bill of Quantities, take offs and measurements.
• Supplier liaison and negotiation.
• Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus super.

Duties

• Preparation of tender documentation.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs, materials and labour costs.
• Source new trades.
• Manging RFI's.
• Procurement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or any other related field.
• Proven experience of estimating for residential projects or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of the BCA / NCC and Australian Standards.
• Understanding of construction materials, methods and techniques.
