Connections Early Learning Moorooka is a privately owned, state of the art, early education centre. Having recently celebrating our 1st Birthday ,we are currently in a growth phase seeking experienced, dedicated, Lead and Assistant Educators to provide care and early education to our children.

We are looking for amazing Educators to fill Float roles, Inclusion support roles and additional team members in rooms.

Our Team is passionate about achieving quality outcomes for children and their families. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have recent demonstrated Early Childhood experience. The Role –
Early Childhood Educators
We are looking for Early Childhood Educators that have sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards. Previous Early Childhood experience is essential.

To be successful in this position, you will be required to hold the following:
• ACECQA approved Childcare Qualifications - Certificate 3, Diploma or working towards a Diploma Qualification
• Suitability Card – 'Blue Card'
• Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements
