The Opportunity:

This is where you come in! We're seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our dedicated sales team. If you're passionate about developing and executing innovative growth strategies in a B2B SaaS environment and thrive on seeing your efforts directly translate into business growth, this is the role for you. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and make a significant impact on Cloudcon's expansion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, primarily focused on new customer acquisition.

Drive lead generation and build a predictable sales pipeline through effective digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM/PPC, targeted social media – especially LinkedIn).

Oversee our content marketing strategy, from ideation to execution, creating compelling and valuable content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars) tailored to our diverse B2B target industries.

Manage and optimize our website for conversion (CRO), including landing pages and user journeys.

Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to effectively nurture leads and track performance.

Analyse marketing data, report on campaign performance, and use insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.

Work alongside product marketing to translate product features and value propositions into effective marketing messages and campaigns.

Stay ahead of the curve with new growth hacking techniques, B2B marketing trends, and emerging channels relevant to our target sectors.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience):

Proven experience (ideally 3-5+ years) in a B2B growth marketing role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.

Demonstrable success in developing and implementing strategies that significantly increased customer acquisition and built a strong sales pipeline.

Hands-on expertise across a range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (e.g., Google Ads), LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing.

Strong understanding of content marketing principles and experience in creating engaging B2B content that drives action.

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions (experience with Google Analytics is essential).

A proactive, experimental, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and testing.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience marketing to the civil, construction, rental, resources, or industrial sectors.

Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Experience with Hubspot, and integrated solutions
