Are you a creative digital all-rounder with a flair for content creation, fashion, and online growth? OnceWas is seeking a Digital Content & eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify store, email marketing, social media channels, content creation and influencer seeding coordination.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who can think both creatively and commercially — crafting beautiful digital campaigns and bringing them to life across all touchpoints while managing remote assistants to help deliver seamless digital execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

eCommerce Oversight (with VA Support)

Manage the performance and presentation of our Shopify store

Oversee the creation of product descriptions

Brief, review and approve the upload of product details, images and pricing

Supervise weekly merchandising updates and homepage refreshes

Guide the VA on maintaining updated web menus, Help Centre, FAQs and promotional content

Coordinate new collection launches in line with the marketing calendar (e.g. app toggles, discount codes etc.)

Manage third-party web developers and oversee theme or app updates

Optimise eComm images for speed and quality, retouch where needed

Create on-brand banners and landing pages to enhance web performance and the user journey

Create SEO optimised monthly blogs

Email & SMS Marketing

Design and send approximately 30 email campaigns per month via Klaviyo (banner design + copy)

Create SMS campaigns to support launches, sales and seasonal storytelling

Refresh and optimise flow emails quarterly and report on engagement performance

Social Media Management

Plan and post daily content across Instagram and Facebook, including a minimum of 3 reels per week

Maintain a strong brand aesthetic and voice across all social platform visuals and captions

Post daily stories and manage engagement with followers, ensuring DMs and comments are responded to within 24 hours

Maintain Pinterest presence and update bios, highlights and links across platforms

Report monthly on content performance, engagement, reach and follower growth

Content Creation

Organise and direct quarterly content shoots, including talent sourcing, product selection and creative direction

Capture stills and video (including fortnightly team content shoots)

Edit imagery and video for use across social media, email and website

Ensure all new content is stored and shared efficiently with relevant team members

Influencer & PR Coordination

Manage influencer partnerships and stylist loans

Source, brief and nurture talent to generate authentic, on-brand UGC

About You

3+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or content creation (fashion industry preferred)

Highly proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite & Pinterest

Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing and content planning

Comfortable delegating, reviewing and managing remote VA support

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Passion for fashion and brand storytelling
