We're looking for a passionate expert in all things Google-paid and organic-who's ready to take full

ownership of performance marketing across our growing portfolio of brands.

This is a full-time position based at our Broadmeadows head office, or we're open to a hybrid

freelance arrangement for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage, optimise, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).

Lead SEO strategy-technical audits, keyword research, and content guidance.

Improve and report on performance metrics including CPC, conversions, ROAS, and search rankings.

Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes, AI tools, and evolving keyword trends.

Collaborate with internal content, marketing, and development teams to align efforts and boost results.

What You Bring:

3-5+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads at a high level (SEO and Meta Ads experience is a strong bonus).

Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from $5K to $50K/month.

Proficient with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Merchant Centre, Search Console, and related tools.

Strong instincts for ad copy, landing page UX, and technical SEO.

Analytical mindset with a strong drive for performance, efficiency, and continuous learning.
