About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations, leading a motivated brigade and ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. From rostering and ordering to training and mentoring, this is a dynamic leadership role for a chef who loves to be on the tools and in the action.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen (pub or bistro-style)

Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, "lead from the front" attitude

Solid understanding of food costing, stock control, and GP management

Skilled in modern Australian pub fare with flair for specials and seasonal menus

Committed to food safety standards, training junior chefs, and building kitchen culture
