About the role

Vital Vibes Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced registered nurse / enrolled nurse to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, allowing you the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle. You will be providing high-quality care in aged care facilities, playing a crucial role in promoting resident health and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Assessing and monitoring resident health and administering appropriate care and treatments

Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to resident care

Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Current registration as a registered nurse or enrolled nurse

Proven experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, empathetic and person-centred approach to care

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
