About the role

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Enrolled Nurses to join our growing team at All Care 4 you pty ltd in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You will be an integral part of our dedicated aged care team, providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

What you'll be doing

Delivering personalised nursing and care services to residents in our aged care facility

Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Administering medications and monitoring residents' health conditions

Documenting and reporting on residents' progress and any changes in their condition

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Promoting a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for our residents

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Personal Care Assistant qualification

Minimum 6 months of experience working in an aged care or similar healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and the wider team

Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing needs and priorities

Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied workload

Current Australian registration and a valid police check
