About the role

Join our dedicated team at the Australian Aged Care Group's residential aged care facility in Mount Eliza, Victoria. We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses and Junior Registered Nurses to work part-time and provide high-quality care to our elderly residents. In this role, you will be an integral part of our nursing team, contributing to the overall wellbeing and quality of life for our residents.

What you'll be doing

Providing compassionate and personalised nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Advocating for the rights and dignity of our residents

Participating in regular staff meetings and training to continuously improve the quality of care

What we're looking for

A current Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification, ideally with experience in the aged care sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and the broader care team

A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine commitment to promoting the wellbeing of older adults

Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on delivering safe and evidence-based nursing care

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing aged care environment
