We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to help build and lead our Carousel team with the goal of dominating the cool comfort footwear space. If you're energetic, driven, and passionate about people, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver:

Exceptional customer service – Every shopper gets our signature best-friend treatment.

Strong sales results – You’ll inspire and coach your team to smash KPIs.

Operations excellence – Stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and smooth daily ops.

Store growth (NEW LOCATION) – Help drive traffic and share your ideas for growth from the ground with support from our WA-based service centre team.

We’re Looking For

A retail superstar – ideally with fashion or footwear experience (but we can teach the shoes).

Someone who leads from the front – you’re hands-on, customer-focused, and results-driven.

A true people person – positive, solutions-focused, and collaborative.

A self-starter who hustles smart, embraces change, and values continuous learning.
