Job Summary

As the first Branch Manager in Perth, you’ll establish local operations, build a team, and drive growth across all freight modes—backed by national support but with full autonomy to shape the branch.

Set up and lead the Perth branch, establishing operational processes and structure

Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team

Drive business development and client acquisition across WA

Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and logistics partners

About You

Proven experience in freight forwarding, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or setup role

Strong understanding of international logistics, customs, and compliance

Commercially driven with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial flair

Skilled in team building, client engagement, and operational execution
