About the Role

preparing orders for food and beverages from the guests

organizing the day to day tasks

maintaining required stock levels

Preparing menu items

Planning and preparing for events and functions, taking calls and reservations

working either alone or with other staff

About You

Living locally or having access to very reliable transportation is absolutely essential

Enjoy working with food and guests to exceed expectations

Flexible working hours with weekend and public holiday availability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent work ethic and appropriate experience

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
