Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Shop in daily restaurant operations
• Help with opening and closing the shop with high attention to detail and consistency
• Help implement, maintain, and improve procedures and systems
• Train, supervise, and support front and back-of-house staff with the help of the manager
• Cook burgers, prep meats and ingredients to standard
• Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate orders
• Serve customers with energy, accuracy, and a great attitude
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
• Contribute to a fast-paced and positive team culture

Requirements:

• Full availability from Wednesday to Sunday
• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual setting
• Confident in cooking, food prep, and front-of-house service
• Strong desire for leadership, communication, and time management
• RSA Certificate - either have or willing to get

Trained skills

• Able to follow procedures and contribute to building efficient systems
• Reliable, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure
• A strong eye for detail when opening and closing the store
