About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional front-of-house service while learning the fundamentals of property management. You’ll receive ongoing support and training from an experienced team with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception duties including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling enquiries

Assist the Property Management team with administrative tasks

Conduct routine property inspections and assist with open homes

Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople

Support tenancy and leasing processes

Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
