RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OFFICER ROLE - EDEN REALTY

We are seeking a confident, energetic individual with experience in administration or property management to work with and assist the Property Manager with the day to day running of a large residential and commercial property portfolio in Eden, NSW. This role offers variety, opportunities and challenges, with the ideal person being confident, enthusiastic, well organised, and keen to learn.

Candidate requirements are: a "can do" problem solving attitude, common sense, strong attention to detail and administration skills, ability to meet deadlines, professional demeanor and presentation. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is a benefit or the willingness to undertake the mandatory required Certificate Course, a current NSW Driver's Licence and the ability to drive a manual are essential.

Your duties include residential leasing and management, routine property inspections, exit and ingoing condition reports, banking, Trust Account reconciliations, answering telephones, talking face to face with clients, rental reviews and arrears management, updating and maintaining registers of properties/landlords/inspections/lease renewals/rental increases/creditor insurances and much more.

This role is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
