About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Traineeship - Property Officer at Jackson Power Real Estate Pty Ltd based in Avoca Beach, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for supporting our property management team in all aspects of residential property management.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio, including processing rental payments, inspections, maintenance requests and tenant inquiries
• Coordinating property viewings and open house inspections
• Preparing and processing tenancy documentation such as leases, condition reports and bond lodgements
• Providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants
• Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we're looking for

• A demonstrated interest in the real estate industry, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
