The Role
Due to significant growth, MCA Engineering are seeking the following to join the team in Parkes NSW for projects both onsite and in our workshop for all aspects of Under Ground Construction in either fulltime or casual positions. One of our major projects is based out at Cadia Mine in Orange NSW, so we encourage any local or DIDO people to apply

SMP Supervisors

Leading Hands

Boilermakers

Fitters

Riggers

Underground Servicemen

Selection Criteria:

High-level of attention to detail

Experience working on a range of fabrication tasks (Boilermaker positions)

Ability to work independently, without supervision, and also be part of a team

Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work

Supervisor & Leading Hand roles - Must have experience running crews of 5 or more tradespeople

Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience

Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment

Are available to go to a mine site when required.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
