Are you an experienced operator ready for your next big opportunity? HSS Recruitment is urgently seeking high-performing civil and production mining operators for multiple longa & short-term contracts across Western Australia. With projects continually opening up, these roles offer excellent potential for ongoing, long-term employment.

✅ Current Vacancies Include:

Final Trim Grader Operator – $70 p/h
Final trim experience required for road construction. FIFO/DIDO, Dayshift Only, 2:1 Roster.

Grader Operator – $60 p/h
Haul road construction, all dayshift. FIFO, 2:1 Roster.

Mobile Plant Allrounders – $57 p/h + 15-30% Nightshift Uplift
Must have experience with Dozer, Excavator, HR Service Truck, VAC Trucks, Loader, Skid Steer. FIFO, 2:1 Roster.

ROM Loader Operators – $53 p/h + 15–30% Nightshift Uplift
Loader feeding crusher & excavator with rockbreaker. 24/7 operation. FIFO, 2:1 Roster.

Dozer Operators – $50 p/h + $10 Site Allowance + Nightshift Uplift
D10/11 experience essential for soil preconditioning. FIFO, 2:1 Roster.

Production Mining Allrounders – From $60 p/h
Strong experience on Dozer, Grader, and Excavator in production mining required.

✔️ What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum 12 months experience operating one or more machines in civil/mining environments

Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive site culture

High attention to detail and efficient operating skills

📌 Essential Criteria:

Current National Police Clearance

Current Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen

White Card (Construction Card)

Valid Operating Tickets

Australian working rights

Ready to mobilise quickly
