PRODUCT TEAM ADMINISTRATOR at THE BULLSHIFT COMPANY

NOTE: Please read the whole ad before applying. Applications by email, including CV and Cover Letter, to [email protected]

The Bullshift Company is an online learning product company based in Perth, Western Australia, with national and international clients, great content, a respected brand, a collaborative team and a strategy to grow.

We deliver presentations and programs for thousands of participants in 30+ organisations every year through “in-the-room” and virtual delivery, and with learner-driven products.

We are shifting from a Facilitator/Services business to an Online/Products company and looking for people to help us.

The Product Team Administrator role helps us to ensure:

The Learner gets great learning products – by collaborating on all Products in-development, well-established or in need of improvement.

The Client gets value from their investment – by helping us to ensure the products are engaging, effective and high quality.

The Product Team has an excellent Administrator to work on information management, version control, and attending to the many details involved in the conception, creation and production of our resources.

Our community of Shifty People (people who’ve signed up to our learning community) is engaged and learning, and contributing their thoughts, feelings and ideas to help us improve.

The Head of Product has an efficient, productive, reliable person assisting with the successful production of all resources including our online video series (Bullshift TV), social media materials, online audio series (Bullshift Radio), the Bullshift book and our various Team Shifty Guidebooks.

OUR PURPOSE

To learn and teach conscious communication through humour – helping people to be happier, healthier and more effective at work.

OUR VALUES

Help the learner – put the learner at the centre of everything we do. Ask, “How does this help the learner?” Do what you can to support their efforts to learn, use and improve Bullshift.

Excel at your work – do the work of your role to a high standard; be self-motivated and disciplined; respond to all requests within 48 hours, if only to say you’ve got it and where it’s up to; keep learning and improving yourself.

Be easy to deal with – make it as easy as possible for our clients and learners to deal with us; be easy for your teammates to work with by keeping your attachments low, holding things lightly, seeking and receiving feedback, and helping as needed.

Use and improve Bullshift – use everything we teach; improve it through practice and collaboration.

OUR CLIENTS and SERVICES

Andrew started his first business in 1993. He started The Bullshift Company – his fourth business – in 2015.

The current leaders of the company - Lianna, Ingrid, and Jess - have over 80 years combined experience in education, business and the arts.

The content we teach has been developed over more than 30 years in collaboration with tens of thousands of participants in hundreds of organisations.

Our clients include: Bankwest, Ramsay Healthcare, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Australian Signals Directorate (Defence), Australian Geospatial Intelligence Organisation (Defence), Dept of Health WA, Dept of Health SA, Bowra & O’Dea, the Fremantle Dockers, Sandfire Resources, ABN Group, WA Police, Seasol, Rezitech, Woodside, Rio Tinto, Royal Flying Doctor Service, the Fremantle Football Club, the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Capricorn and the AFP.

We offer The Four Shifts Program as 12 Webshops (1 hour facilitated virtual sessions) or five half-day “in the room” workshops, supported by 20 Episodes of Bullshift TV (online learning modules) and the book Bullshift.

Each Episode of Bullshift TV blends explanations of the concepts with cutaways and sketches to engage and reinforce. We have collaborated with over 40 cast and crew to produce the series and use learner feedback to continually improve.

Although we excel at “in the room” delivery and will continue to offer these services in places where we can send Facilitators, our strategy is to deliver Bullshift entirely online – anywhere in the world.

We’ve moved closer to achieving this mission with Team Shifty – a team program for which we provide all the resources so the client can drive it themselves – and MyBTV – in which individual participants complete Bullshift TV with written resources.

Our mission is to have 100,000 views of Episode 1 by June 30, 2030.

We will continue to deliver our current programs with excellence whilst improving our resources, processes, data analysis and feedback mechanisms – all with the focus to drive new product development, achieve our mission and meet our purpose.
