Opportunity to make a difference in this newly created role primarily supporting MD & COO of established & well-respected member-based fine jewellery buying group brand in Kirrawee!
Choose to work either full time or part time (4 days per week) - 9am to 5pm
Your contribution will be key in supporting the ongoing delivery of value-added services to members (independent jewellery retailers)

Plenty of variety from calendar management to preparation of board reports, assisting with organisation of training sessions, events & conferences, booking travel, and general office admin
To $90K + super for fulltime role (pro-rated for 4 days per week)

The Company:
Established in 1981 by a group of independent Jewellers who joined together to improve their buying power, this shareholder & member-based organisation, now support over 150 member retailers in Australia & New Zealand with a range of services including buying, marketing, and training as-well-as access to an extensive supplier base at both the local & international level.
Your Role:
Primarily supporting the MD & COO, you will enjoy a varied role where your proactive and customer-oriented approach will be key to the business continuing & further expanding its' delivery of a broad range of value-added services to its' members.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Calendar management
Preparation of board papers, reports, correspondence, presentations
Travel bookings and expense tracking
Monitoring & appropriate actioning of emails
Organising meetings and assisting with the organisation of events, conferences & training sessions
Maintenance of the member database & supplier price lists
Liaising with members & ensuring their inquiries | requests are actioned
General office administration including ordering supplies, liaising with building management etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an EA role with well-developed admin & organisation skills
Strong customer service | stakeholder relationship skills
Team orientation, proactive approach, and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MSW Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in Travel planning an advantage
