About the role

Are you an experienced Real Estate Development Operations Manager looking to contribute to the growth and success of an exciting property development company? As the Real Estate Development Operations Manager at Freedom Road Developments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of small to large-scale property development projects in the vibrant city of Brisbane and it's surrounding council areas.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of complex real estate development projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery

Liaise with cross-functional teams, including project managers, town planners, civil engineers, surveyors, construction crews, and local authorities, to ensure seamless project delivery

Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems to support the company's growth and expansion

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes for new development opportunities

Mentor and lead a team of talented real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate development or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, local regulations, and the property market in Brisbane

Proficient in using project management software and tools to optimise operations

Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, or a related field
