About the Region

About the Role

As a Human Resource Advisor within the Program Support division, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and change initiatives.

You will be a go-to advisor for managers and employees, offering sound guidance and project support in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise stakeholders on performance and conduct matters; attend performance meetings and draft related documentation.

Lead and support recruitment processes – from advertising to onboarding.

Deliver HR presentations to leadership teams and staff across the region.

Provide policy advice and interpret legislation to offer effective, practical solutions.

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organisational culture, and workforce planning.

Support complex HR and change management projects that enhance business outcomes.

What You Bring

Strong HR generalist experience, preferably in the public sector or infrastructure environment.

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of HR legislation, industrial instruments, and best practices.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent analytical skills.
