About the role

Greenwood Forest Glen is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our small team in our over 50's lifestyle village located in Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Communicate with clients as their first point of contact during the entire home building process, from specification to construction to handover and finally post-handover, addressing concerns and queries.

Update internal systems and maintain accurate documentation of job statuses and communications.

Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.

Coordinate and liaise with construction contractor to deliver high quality outcomes.

Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

What we're looking for

Experience in the residential construction industry, ideally with project home builder.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Intermediate IT skills including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.

Highly organised, autonomous and enthusiastic work ethic with a strong ability to be self motivated.
