THE COMPANY
An established player within the Brisbane Construction industry. They are led by an experienced leadership team and have a large network of repeat clientele, subbies & suppliers.
THE ROLE
- Lead a 4-month ECI phase
- 8 up, 2 down project - 24 Apartments
- SW Brisbane location
- Following a successful ECI, you'll build and lead a team to deliver
- Likely duration 18-20 months
THE PERSON
- Highly experienced PM with a strong track record delivering D&C Multi-Resi projects
- Strong expertise across ECI phase - Design, methodology, tendering, procurement
- Expertise across multi-level projects & basements
- High-level communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead a team of consultants
THE PACKAGE
- 4-month contract for the ECI phase
- 18-20 month project to deliver pending a successful outcome
- Circa $230,000 - $250,000 package
- Immediate start
