With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing high-performance drilling tools and custom-engineered solutions, this Brisbane-based business is a trusted supplier to Australia’s drilling, mining, geotechnical, and construction sectors. Known for their technical capability, they work closely with contractors, drillers, and specialist rig operators across the country.
We’re now looking for an Internal Sales Support / Customer Service Representative, a professional with drilling industry knowledge, to join the team. This is a technically focused role supporting inbound customer enquiries, preparing quotes, managing order fulfilment, and working closely with production and the external sales team to deliver tailored solutions.

- Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + super + future commissions/bonus structure
Your Role
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and counter
- Offer advice and product solutions based on drilling needs
- Create quotes and follow up to convert into orders
- Support the sales team with pricing and stock checks
- Work closely with dispatch and production to meet deadlines
- Keep records accurate and data entry error-free
- Help improve customer service and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- Internal sales, customer service, or account management experience in drilling, drill tooling, rig manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Comfortable using MS Office, EXO (MYOB) and quoting/order systems
- Clear communicator with a practical, team-first mindset
- Someone who prefers steady, office-based technical sales over life on the road
