At Signum Business Advisers, we’ve been helping everyday Aussies and small business owners navigate the world of numbers since 1977. We’re based in Parramatta but offer flexible working arrangements.

Right now, we’re on the lookout for someone who LOVES working with individuals and helping them through tax season.

The Role – What You’ll Actually Be Doing

· Prepare and lodge individual tax returns – from salary earners to rental property owners and everything in between

· Communicate clearly and confidently with clients via phone, email, or video call

· Identify deductions, offsets, and opportunities

· Manage your own workflow and stay on top of deadlines

· Answer client questions

· Be friendly, helpful, and reliable

What We’re Looking For

· 📄 Solid experience lodging individual tax returns (ideally 1–2+ years)

· 💬 Excellent communicator

· 💻 Proficient with tax software and Microsoft Office

· 😊 Friendly, patient, and great with people from all walks of life
