The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion. You will manage subcontractors, lead experienced in-house supervisors, and ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and to Metz’s exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across QLD from start to finish

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and internal teams

Plan project timelines, schedules, and budgets

Handle contract administration, including variations, EOTs, and progress claims

Ensure strict adherence to WHS standards and quality controls

Participate in tender preparation and quoting

Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships

Your Background:

2–4+ years as a Project Manager in specialist or commercial construction

Experience in tiling, waterproofing, coatings, or concrete remediation

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

Proficiency in contract admin, scheduling, and cost control

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Competency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate as needed
