We are now seeking committed and professional Appliance Consultants to join our fantastic team.

About the Role: As an Appliance Consultant, you will engage with customers through our defined sales process, identifying and educating them on the high-end appliances we offer, including refrigeration and other premium products. You will drive sales results and key metrics with a proactive and focused approach to each customer interaction. Maintaining sales performance, you will ensure our brand and reputation are upheld through positive and respectful customer service, striving for customer service excellence in every engagement.

Experience in the electrical appliances and home goods industry is preferred but not essential.

Proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and customer service role in a retail environment.
