Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and timely production of our high-quality polyurethane products. You will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate production and maintenance schedules, manage procurement, and optimise manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to manage stock and reorder points.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
Analyse production data to forecast future needs and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in production planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of polyurethane and steel fabrication manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
