About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our Kalgoorlie-based team. This is a key leadership role, reporting to our Executive Accountant.

As the go-to person for all things finance and administration, you’ll manage our dedicated admin team and take ownership of accounting functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports

Perform detailed job costing analysis and periodic reviews

Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timely payments and collections

Supervise payroll administration

Provide accounting and administrative support to all departments, ensuring smooth operational workflow and accurate financial processes

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

5+ years’ experience in a similar accounting/leadership role

Strong understanding of accounting systems (experience with ERP software advantageous)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-focused

Proven leadership and team coordination skills

Current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
