What you need to know:

• 3 month contract starting immediately
• Part time role working 7 days a fortnight
• 40 bed residential aged care facility in Bibra Lake
• Recently accredited until 2028 with no unmets!
• Leading not for profit aged care provider who pride themselves on their strong organisational culture and excellent onboarding process
• Lead a team by sharing your knowledge, providing direction, support and guidance, and contributing to education delivery so they excel in their role
• Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes
• Must have experience as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
• $58.57 - $62.19 per hour + super + salary packaging
