We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join a large team on a contract basis in the Mackay region. These positions are ideal for dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist registered and enrolled nurses in the delivery of quality nursing care

Provide support with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

Contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of patients

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Essential Criteria:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid National Police Check or NDIS clearance

3 x Covid & Current Infleunza

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Prior experience in aged care, acute, or community settings is highly regarded
