The Role: We are looking for a seasoned and driven Civil Project Manager to become a key member of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated history of overseeing civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will be actively involved in early tender processes, programming, and client management, working closely with your Site Manager to execute the project in partnership with subcontractors and the site team. You will also be accountable for monitoring project financials and driving the program to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

Coordinate and supervise on-site activities and subcontractors.

Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Prepare and submit project progress reports and documentation.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management systems.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license.
