HR Manager – Professional Services Firm | Brisbane

The Firm
An established and growing professional services firm with multiple office locations across Queensland is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to further develop its HR function. Known for its dynamic team culture and client-focused approach, the firm offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the HR strategy from the ground up in a progressive, forward-thinking environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to embed best-practice people strategies and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Develop and implement HR policies and documentation

Provide guidance on employee relations and performance

Coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with employment law and health & safety regulations

Support payroll and leave management processes

About You
Holding relevant HR qualifications, you will have several years of experience in a human resources role within a similarly sized or larger organisation.

You will also:

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in HR processes and systems

Possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation and employment frameworks

Be able to quickly absorb and promote the company’s culture and values

Experience in a professional services environment—particularly within an accountancy firm—will be highly regarded.
