We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and passionate HR Administrator to support our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the vital work that ensures our staff are well-supported and our participants receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
As our HR Administrator, you will support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, onboarding, and compliance checks
Preparing employment contracts, variation letters and HR correspondence
Supporting managers with scheduling training and tracking mandatory compliance
Maintaining HR filing systems (physical and digital) and assisting with audit preparation
Supporting payroll and rostering teams with accurate employee data
Responding to HR-related queries with professionalism and care
Implementing all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Ensuring employee records are maintained and updated with information or changes in employment status.
Assist with developing position descriptions
Assisting with performance management processes
Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in a HR support or administrative role (NDIS or health sector preferred)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
A Cert IV or Diploma in Human Resources (or studying towards one) is desirable
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Knowledge of HR functions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
